“Thank you for being such an incredible person, just love your realness! I learnt so much and you have inspired me to grow and believe in myself. My mind is on rewind constantly thinking about everything you have taught us and the small changes I can make to make a big difference for my future career in photography.”

September 2015 Workshop – Setting yourself apart

My workshops are very informal with lots of opportunity to ask questions. It’s a great way to meet and network with fellow wedding photographers and service providers in the industry.

One of the main areas I focus on apart from the other topics listed below, is how to capture natural moments in a beautiful way. You will get hands-on experience as I show you how I do it during the styled couple shoot, with ample opportunity to practice it yourself afterwards.

The workshop is concluded with dinner and drinks at a nearby restaurant.

  • Attracting the right client
  • Pricing
  • Marketing + Branding
  • Posing Clients vs Real Moments
  • Lighting

  • Editing + Workflow
  • Documentary vs Portraiture
  • Packaging + Presentation
  • Getting your work published
  • Lesson’s I’ve learnt

“It was everything I had hoped for and so much more. Thank you for your willingness to share everything so openly with us, and for creating such an un-intimidating, friendly environment for us to learn in. I enjoyed every moment of it. I have walked away feeling inspired and less fearful of putting myself out there and giving this whole thing a bash!”
