I'm Yolandé

I'm a mom to a busy two year old and most days you will find me at home with my family.

I love living a simple life. When I'm not photographing people, I love reading and gardening.

I've over a decade worth of experience traveling both nationally and internationally and what I enjoy most about my work is meeting people from all over the world.

My Approach


At the very heart of my work you will find a timeless and uninterrupted approach.

I favour authentic moments above all and I do my best work when clients are so busy being in the moment that they are not even aware that I'm there.


My aim is always to stay true to my vision and aesthetic while honouring the couple or the family and creating a beautiful heirloom for them to pass on.

The best time for your session


All of my sessions take place during golden hour which is 1 hour to 30 minutes before sunset. This is the best light to ensure soft and beautiful images.

If this doesn't work for your or your little people's schedule we could also do a sunrise session which is within 1 hour of sunrise. Basically the earlier or the later, the better the light will be and the better the photographs as I make use of natural light only in my photos.

Additional Hours


Extra hours can be added to your session before your session or on the day of the session.


This depends on the photographer's availability.

Travel


All packages include 30km travel from my office in Somerset West. Any additional travel beyond that will be charged for at R5.50/km.


FAQ

How do we book you?

In order to secure the session I require a 50% deposit/retainer fee. The remaining balance is due one week before the session.

Does your packages include an album?

Albums can be added to any of my packages and extra albums can be ordered at any time. Please get in touch to see examples and prices.
