I'm a mom to a busy four year old and most days you will find me at home with my family. I love living a simple life. When I'm not photographing people, I love reading and gardening.
I've over a decade worth of experience traveling both nationally and internationally and what I enjoy most about my work is meeting people from all over the world.

MY APPROACH
AND STYLE
At the very heart of my work you will find a timeless and uninterrupted approach. I favour authentic moments above all and I do my best work when a couple is so busy being in the moment that they are not even aware that I'm there.
My style has been described as editorial mixed with photojournalism. I have a discreet "fly on the wall" approach on the wedding day. I try to blend in as much as possible and keep direction to a minimum. However I do often lead clients who are not as comfortable knowing "what to do" in front of a camera by offering suggestions on how to achieve natural photos.
I'm very conscientious and I work well with the team & coordination on the day. I keep what is most important always in the forefront of my mind - couples and their families, sharing a momentous occasion.
My aim is always to stay true to my vision and aesthetic while honouring the family and creating a beautiful heirloom for them to pass on.

For venues further than 1 hour from my office in Somerset West, 1 night's accommodation will be required for me and my assistant.
